I was insisted several times over telephone to avail a 0% Dial a Loan of Rs. 44000 at no charges other than Rs. 99 plus service tax for a period of 3M. It was confirmed by the several authorities during the process of the laon that I will not need to pay total charges more than Rs. 110 for the said period of loan. But I was stunned to note while receiving the cheque of Rs. 44000 that a processing fee of Rs. 880 is mentioned in the cheque forwarding letter. I immediately registered cancellation of the transaction. I wonder that a Bank of International Reputation undergoes such unfair meand to expand its business.
